From CSC2023 to Speaker: Inspiring Impact & Leadership

Three years ago, I had the privilege of representing India and Hyphen SCS at CSC2023 — CSC2023 – The Duke of Edinburgh’s Commonwealth Study Conference – Canada 2023 , as part of the CSC Global Alumni journey.
This March, I return — this time as a speaker.
I’m deeply grateful to Ilka Dunne PhD madam, Chair of CSC Global Alumni, for the trust and opportunity to be part of the 3rd Tuesday Conversation 2026.
What makes this session even more special is that it will be moderated by a fellow CSC Global Alumni member and my friend from CSC2023 — Sidra Iqbal.
Sidra is an internationally acclaimed journalist, anchor, and positive change activist from Pakistan, known for leading impactful national conversations and shaping public discourse through storytelling.
I’m really looking forward to this conversation with her.
It is always a proud moment to represent not just my work, but also Hyphen SCS and India on a global platform.
We will be exploring:
“Creating Meaningful Impact: Lessons from Both For-Profit and Non-Profit Environments.”
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to operate across two very different ecosystems:
→ Scaling Hyphen SCS, building India’s largest integrated warehousing and fulfillment platform in a fragmented, minimally digitized sector
→ Building Dont Give Up World, a belief-driven community powered by conviction — reaching 100M+ views in just six months
Different ecosystems.
Different incentives.
One common thread: Trust.
What adds another layer of meaning for me is that this series is inspired by Tuesdays with Morrie — a book I deeply admire.
A reminder that the most important conversations in life are often the ones we don’t pause enough to have.
In this session, I’ll be sharing reflections on:
• Creating momentum in unstructured ecosystems
• Designing flywheels that compound — commercially and socially
• Building trust before transactions
• Turning community energy into sustained impact
• Working at the intersection of entrepreneurship, public policy, and social innovation
The 3rd Tuesday Conversations are listening spaces — where leadership is practiced through curiosity, dialogue, and shared reflection.
For me, this is about carrying forward CSC learnings and sharing India’s entrepreneurial and community-building story with a global audience.
Spreading the word is the least I can do.
