Arun Pandit is an entrepreneur, supply chain professional, speaker, and community builder. He is the Co-Founder of Hyphen SCS, a national award-winning startup building India’s largest integrated warehousing and fulfillment platform.

Under his leadership, Hyphen SCS has built a technology-enabled ecosystem covering 67,000+ verified warehouses across more than 1.3 billion sq. ft. of warehousing space, with serviceability across 990+ cities in India. The company works with over 145 enterprise clients, including organizations such as Reliance, Tata, Berger, VIP Industries, Flipkart, Delhivery, Maersk, Siemens, ITC, and Astral, among others.

Hyphen SCS has also developed an ecosystem of 200+ partners offering 1,100+ products and ancillary services across warehousing, transportation, technology, infrastructure, manpower, compliance, and other supply chain requirements.

Arun co-founded Hyphen SCS with the vision of bringing greater transparency, accessibility, technology, and integration to one of the most fragmented segments of the Indian supply chain ecosystem.

Contributing to India’s Logistics Ecosystem

Arun is one of the youngest professionals to have served on the FICCI National Committee on Logistics, which contributed industry inputs during the development of India’s first National Logistics Policy.

He is also a member of the ASSOCHAM National Council on Logistics and Warehousing and has been actively involved with industry bodies and professional organizations including CII, WAI, AIWWA, ADIF, and AITWA.

He currently serves as the National Chairman of the Young Leaders Council of the All India Management Association (AIMA YLC), engaging with emerging and established business leaders across industries.

Over the course of his career, Arun has interacted with 1,000+ CXOs, founders, and logistics decision-makers and has played a role in onboarding 400+ enterprise clients across logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehousing, and SaaS-based solutions.

He has also been engaged as a subject matter expert and industry consultant on projects involving leading global consulting organizations.

According to the LinkedIn Social Selling Index, Arun has ranked among the top 1% of supply chain sales professionals globally.

A Career Built Across India’s Supply Chain Landscape

Before building Hyphen SCS, Arun served as the Head of Sales at LoadShare Networks, a technology-led logistics company backed by Matrix Partners.

His professional journey has taken him across India through sales, marketing, business development, and leadership roles with organizations including Trux App, RPG Group, CEAT, PayUMoney, BlackBuck, and LoadShare Networks.

This experience gave him exposure to multiple layers of India’s logistics ecosystem—from technology and transportation to enterprise sales, last-mile delivery, warehousing, and supply chain operations—and ultimately became one of the foundations for building Hyphen SCS.

Representing India Globally

Arun has had the opportunity to represent India at several prestigious international forums and entrepreneurship platforms.

He was selected to participate in The Duke of Edinburgh’s Commonwealth Study Conference in Canada, one of the world’s longest-running leadership development initiatives.

His international engagements have also included the Horasis India Meetings in Singapore, Australia, and Greece; TiECon East in Boston; South Summit in South Korea and Brazil; SusHi Tech Tokyo; Indiaspora in the UAE; Slingshot Singapore; Startup Flight Vietnam, and several other global innovation, business, and leadership forums.

These experiences have enabled him to engage with entrepreneurs, policymakers, investors, business leaders, and innovators from around the world while representing India’s rapidly evolving startup and logistics ecosystem.

Don’t Give Up World®

Beyond entrepreneurship, Arun is the Chief Encouragement Officer of Don’t Give Up World®, one of India’s largest not-for-profit motivational communities.

What began as an initiative to provide encouragement and hope has grown into a digital community whose motivational content has generated 100+ million views across social media platforms.

Don’t Give Up World was recognized among the Top 12 Social Innovations in India by the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai.

For Arun, the initiative represents a deeply held belief that sometimes a few words of encouragement, delivered at the right moment, can change the direction of someone’s life.

He has also been working on his motivational book, “Don’t Give Up – An Anthology.”

Arun is a three-time TEDx speaker and has spoken at business schools, universities, industry associations, conferences, entrepreneurship forums, and leadership platforms across India and internationally.

His engagements have included platforms associated with FICCI, India Warehousing Show, Global Supply Chain Council, IIT Bombay, IIM Bangalore, IIFT, IIM Shillong, IIM Udaipur, IIM Trichy, IIM Kashipur, BITS Pilani, XIMB, IMI, SRCC, LSR, VIT, and many others.

He has served as a mentor, judge, panelist, guest speaker, author, and startup advisor across numerous entrepreneurship programs.

He has also been associated as a mentor, judge, and speaker with the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa’s Youth Innovators Design Bootcamp and has judged regional editions of the prestigious Hult Prize.

His speaking style combines storytelling, practical experience, entrepreneurship, sales, leadership, and the lessons learned from both successes and setbacks.

A philosophy particularly close to him is the idea of creating more “local heroes”—successful professionals and entrepreneurs from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities who regularly return to their hometowns to mentor, guide, and inspire the next generation.

Education and Early Achievements

Arun holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), Delhi, Class of 2012, and an engineering degree in Computer Science.

During his time at IIFT, he was a finalist in 35+ national and international competitions and won 18+ awards.

His achievements included finishing as runner-up among more than 1,200 teams across Asia in the TiE All-Asia Business Plan Competition and securing a top-three position at the Rice Business Plan Competition in Houston, USA, one of the world’s leading student startup competitions.

He has pursued learning across entrepreneurship, technology, supply chain, analytics, and leadership through programs associated with institutions and organizations including Y Combinator Startup School, Stanford Seed, On Deck, MassChallenge, MIT, Harvard, and the University of California.

Arun has also held a Guinness World Record in light painting and is a recipient of the Levi’s Change Your World Fellowship and the Director General NCC Scholarship.

Beyond Business

Born in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh, Arun’s early years were shaped by his education at Sainik School Sujanpur Tira and St. Mary’s School, Delhi.

He has represented his state and university in volleyball and continues to maintain interests beyond business that include writing poetry and articles, swimming, playing the harmonica, learning, mentoring young entrepreneurs, and helping people rediscover confidence when they feel they have lost direction.
