I had the privilege of representing Hyphen SCS and delivering the Keynote Address at the Leadership Conclave on “Visionary Leadership: Leading with Sustainability & Innovation” organized by IMS Engineering College (IMSEC), Ghaziabad — and what an energizing experience it was.

Standing in front of hundreds of bright, ambitious students…
Sharing my personal journey — the highs, the lows, the failures, the resilience…

And watching their eyes light up as the conversation shifted from “success stories” to the real lessons behind them… was deeply fulfilling.

If even one student walked out with a renewed belief that they can create, build, lead, and transform, then my time there was worth every second.
