Honoured to be part of Plenary Session 1: Future-Ready: Innovate, Inspire, Impact at the All India Management Association (AIMA) YLC Summit 2025.

The session set the tone for the entire Summit—rooted in purpose, leadership, and a shared commitment to building institutions and individuals that are prepared not just for the future, but to shape it.

The proceedings began with the Lighting of the Lamp, symbolising knowledge, clarity, and continuity—values that remain central to leadership across generations.

Santosh Kumar, AIMA YLC Summit Chairman & Director – WISE Tech | SPJIMR , delivered a thoughtful Welcome Address, outlining the vision behind the Summit and the responsibility young leaders carry in navigating complexity with conviction.

Rekha Sethi madam , Director General, AIMA, spoke about the evolving role of institutions like AIMA in nurturing ethical, resilient, and globally competitive leadership—especially at a time when uncertainty is the only constant.

Vineet Agarwal sir , Vice President, AIMA and Managing Director, TCI Group (Transport Corporation of India Limited), brought in a powerful practitioner’s perspective—emphasising long-term thinking, operational excellence, and the importance of innovation grounded in execution.

The Keynote Address by Sunil Kant Munjal, Past President, AIMA and Chairman, Hero Enterprise, was deeply inspiring. His reflections on values-led entrepreneurship, institution building, and nation-first leadership served as a reminder that true impact is measured not just by scale, but by legacy.

I had the privilege of delivering the Concluding Remarks as National Chairman, AIMA YLC 2025.

My reflections focused on one core belief:
the future will belong to leaders who can innovate with empathy, inspire with authenticity, and create impact with integrity.

As Young Leaders, our responsibility is not merely to adapt to change—but to lead it with courage, humility, and a long-term view.

Grateful to AIMA, the speakers, and every participant who contributed to making this session meaningful and memorable.

Onwards, as we continue building a future-ready generation of Indian leaders.
