Tripti Shinghal Somani is a force of impact whose work goes far beyond titles.

A Chartered Accountant and postgraduate in law, with over 16 years across PwC, Grant Thornton, the World Bank, and multiple cross-border mandates, she has built and nurtured ecosystems for SMEs, MSMEs, and women-led businesses by integrating finance, governance, strategy, market validation, and fundraising.

Equally inspiring was reconnecting with fellow Young Leaders Council AIMA executive board member, Dr. Saarthak Bakshi — widely regarded as one of the most prominent healthcare voices in India today.
