I had the pleasure of meeting Aryan Kalra, Co-Founder of Carbon Crunch (Backed by IIML – EIC) at Startup Mahakumbh while representing Hyphen SCS and TiE Delhi-NCR.

But our story goes back a bit.

I first met Aryan and Vedika Parwal while judging a business plan competition at Indian Institute of Foreign Trade.

I remember telling them:
“An idea belongs to the one who executes it.
I’ll take an imperfect plan with passionate execution over a flawless plan meant only for competitions—any day.”

And they proved that belief right.

Aryan and Vedika dropped by our office not long after, excited to share the big news—and it was clear they were serious about building something real.
