I had the privilege of interacting with one of India’s top industry stalwarts, Nasser Munjee Sir, while representing Hyphen SCS, Young Leaders Council AIMA , and India at the prestigious Horasis India Meeting held in Athens, Greece.

Nasser Sir is a visionary leader whose contributions have shaped India’s financial landscape. From being instrumental in establishing HDFC Limited , India’s first housing finance company, to founding IDFC FIRST Bank and pioneering private investment in infrastructure, his journey is nothing short of inspirational.

His leadership spans across some of India’s most prominent corporations, including Tata Motors , Britannia Industries Limited ,and DCB Bank, among many others.

His deep expertise in housing finance, infrastructure, and rural development has positioned him as one of the most influential thought leaders in India.

Our discussion was filled with invaluable insights on building resilient systems, leveraging financial innovation for national development, and the importance of visionary leadership.

His wisdom on creating a legacy while maintaining a deep commitment to ethical governance and rural upliftment truly resonates with me and aligns with my own aspirations of creating impact through logistics and warehousing innovations at Hyphen SCS.
