Impact Leadership: India’s Story at CSC Global Alumni 2026

Three years ago, I was part of the CSC Global Alumni journey while reprsenting India and Hyphen SCS at CSC2023 – The Duke of Edinburgh’s Commonwealth Study Conference – Canada 2023
This March, I return — this time as a speaker.

I’m deeply grateful to Ilka Dunne (PhD), Chair of CSC Global Alumni 2026, for the opportunity and trust to contribute to the upcoming CSC Global Alumni – 3rd Tuesday Conversation (March 2026).

It is a privilege to represent not just my work — but also Hyphen SCS and India on a global alumni platform.

We’ll be exploring:
“Creating Meaningful Impact: Lessons from Both For-Profit and Non-Profit Environments.”

Impact looks very different depending on the ecosystem you operate in.

On one side — scaling Hyphen SCS, building India’s largest integrated warehousing and fulfillment platform inside a fragmented, minimally digitised sector.

On the other — building Dont Give Up World , a belief-driven community movement powered not by capital, but by conviction and collective participation — generating 100M+ views in six months.

Different ecosystems.
Different incentives.
One common thread: Trust.

In this session, I’ll share reflections on:

• Creating momentum in unstructured ecosystems
• Designing flywheels that compound — commercially and socially
• Building trust before transactions
• Turning community energy into sustained impact
• Working at the intersection of entrepreneurship, policy, and social innovation

The 3rd Tuesday Conversations are not typical webinars — they are listening spaces, where leadership is practiced through curiosity, dialogue, and extending each other’s thinking.
