It was an absolute delight to meet my friend, batchmate, and all-round rockstar Parag Raut, now Senior Area Manager – Business Development (South & West) at Tata Steel, during my time representing Hyphen SCS at the India Warehousing Show 2025.

There’s a special kind of joy in reconnecting with someone who’s not just shared notes and night-outs before deadlines, but has also grown into a dynamic leader driving impact in the real world.

Parag has always been a super creative, versatile, and grounded performer – someone who could win strategy competitions at JBIMS and IIMs by day and belt out laughs by night.

Whether it was cracking national-level case comps or juggling between multiple roles on campus, he always made it look effortless.

Today, he continues to embody that same spirit – leading initiatives at TATA across engineering, automotive, and construction sectors with flair and finesse.

With his sharp business acumen, strong relationship-building skills, and analytical mindset, Parag is helping shape the future of India’s warehousing landscape.

Excited to see TATA Steel doubling down on warehousing, building industry-best products and aiming to become the backbone of the nation’s logistics infrastructure.
