Pleasure Meeting with Lalit L Baid CEO of TSUYO

TSUYO
“I would call him superhuman…” I wasn’t expecting to read that.
After our session at SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research with the PGPGM executive batch, alongside Lalit L Baid ji, I came across his LinkedIn post… and I paused.
Lalit ji wrote:
👉 “What I thought was to inspire a few to build their own start-up, however, I was inspired by the remarkable journey & initial struggle of Arun Pandit. I would call him superhuman, as what he has achieved from multiple lows in his initial life is nothing but remarkable.”
For a few moments, I didn’t quite know how to react.
Because when you’re in the middle of building, you rarely stop to look back.
You’re just focused on the next challenge, the next problem, the next milestone.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to interact with and learn from hundreds of founders.
I’ve made it a habit to share their stories, their journeys, and the incredible work they’re doing across my network—because I’ve always felt that spreading the good word was the least I could do.
I’ve never really thought about whether someone would do the same for me.
But yesterday was different.
To read those words—coming from someone I respect—felt surreal.
I truly feel Lalit ji has been extremely generous.
But I also feel deeply humbled, honored, and a little emotional reading that.
Thank you, Lalit ji. It means more than I can express.
What made this even more special was that just a few hours earlier, during our conversation on the way back, I had found myself deeply inspired by Lalit ji.
With over two decades of experience across automotive, engineering, and manufacturing, and now building Tsuyo Manufacturing —a company solving critical challenges in the EV ecosystem—his journey is remarkable in its own right.
But what truly stood out was his humility… and most importantly, his honesty.
No glorification of success.
No hesitation in talking about mistakes.
No fear of being judged.
Just clear, honest sharing of lessons—earned the hard way.
And that stayed with me.
If anything, this has only strengthened my resolve—to keep building, keep sharing, and work even harder towards creating something that not just Hyphen SCS, but the nation can be proud of.
Grateful to Dr. Ruppal Walia Sharma, ma’am, Professor-Marketing and Head Delhi Campus, SP Jain Institute of Management & Research-PGPGM , and my teacher during my time at Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, for creating such meaningful platforms and conversations.
