At SRIJNOTSAV, hosted at Amity University Gwalior , Madhya Pradesh under the aegis of Amity Innovation Incubator in collaboration with All India Management Association (AIMA) and its dynamic youth arm, Young Leaders Council AIMA — the energy in the room was electric.

This wasn’t just a competition.
It was a declaration — India’s youth is ready.

The program commenced with warm welcomes by:

The inaugural vision by Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) R. S. Tomar and Lt. Gen. V. K. Sharma (AVSM) reminded everyone that innovation without discipline cannot build a nation.

Chief Guest Anish Shrivastava (IAS), Executive Director MPIDC & CEO SADA Gwalior, inspired students with insights into Madhya Pradesh’s industrial and startup ecosystem.

Guest of Honour Manoj Patwardhan (ABV-IIITM) emphasized ethics, transparency, and governance as pillars of sustainable entrepreneurship.

During my keynote, I shared the raw truths of startup building from my experience of Hyphen SCS and Dont Give Up World — resilience over resources, team over titles, purpose over pressure. Because leadership is not inherited. It is built.

Aditya Trivedi , Advocate, Supreme Court of India, empowered students on safeguarding innovation through Intellectual Property Rights.

Hariom Yadav, PhD, FGSA from University of South Florida showcased how research, patents, and commercialization can create global impact.

Two intense rounds tested innovation, feasibility, scalability, and social relevance. Certificates were presented — but the true reward was belief.

What truly amplified SRIJNOTSAV was the strength of the AIMA YLC ecosystem — a nationwide movement nurturing ethical, visionary young leaders across India.
