India’s LegalTech Revolution: Smart AI for Lawyers

From Courtrooms to Code: The New Legal Stack
In a world where technology is reshaping every industry, it’s exciting to see founders building from India for the world.
We recently had the pleasure of hosting some incredibly sharp minds at our office at Hyphen SCS — founders who are rethinking how traditional industries operate through technology.
A special mention to Shreshth Singh Tomar , Co-Founder of Jurisphere.ai — a “Made in India” legal-tech platform that is transforming how lawyers approach research, drafting, and litigation workflows using AI.
Built by lawyers, for lawyers, Jurisphere stands out because of the depth of domain expertise behind it.
Before building this, Shreshth worked with leading firms like Khaitan & Co. and S&R Associates, bringing real-world insight into the product.
Alongside him, it was great to know about his great team of fellow founders from the Jurisphere — Varun Khandelwal , Manas Khandelwal , Sumit Ghosh , and Jayanth J — all working at the intersection of law and technology.
What stood out during the interaction was not just the product, but the mindset:
👉 Building for real problems, not just trends
👉 Combining deep expertise with cutting-edge AI
👉 Creating leverage for professionals, not replacing them
Also had the opportunity to meet other founders during the visit — always energizing to exchange ideas with people who are building with conviction.
A big thanks to Dev Taneja , Founder of Unjob.ai , for facilitating the introduction and making this interaction happen.
These are the kind of conversations that reinforce a simple belief:
India is not just consuming innovation anymore — we are building it.
