I had the pleasure of meeting Edward Francis sir during my flight to represent India and Hyphen SCS at the prestigious CSC2023 – The Duke of Edinburgh’s Commonwealth Study Conference – Canada 2023.

He is a senior leader in R&D strategy at Reckitt and holds expertise in innovation and sustainability.

He has got more than 25 years of experience transforming companies like Unilever , BASF, and Asian Paints. He is an alumnus of Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS) and Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani .

We talked about innovation in packing, ESG goals, cultural sensitization in India and across the globe, financial modeling, warehousing, and digitization of the supply chain.

It was an honor to engage with and learn from his experience, best practices, and insights gained while working with the world’s best companies over a period of around 3 decades.
