I must acknowledge that the world, including myself, is frequently delusional and guilty of the preconceived belief that all that glitters is gold and that people who are more outspoken or expressive in nature are more often than not more desirable, successful, or better in general.
I’d like to point out to you that this is not the case.
Success does not have to make a lot of noise.
Personality is more than just how good you look. If you have a nice soul and a big heart, you become more radiant and charismatic.
More often than not, the power to have an impact stems from the depth of your spirit and the quality of your thoughts, rather than elegant words that are music to the ears but lack substance.
I’ve been a Young Leaders Council AIMA member with Saurav Sharma , Manager of Network Development at India’s favorite and most trusted automobile company, Maruti Suzuki India Limited , for a while now, but I’ve never had the opportunity to engage in a deep discussion with him.
When I was able to spend more time with him and understand his thoughts, I was completely amazed.
His speech at the CSC2023 – The Duke of Edinburgh’s Commonwealth Study Conference – Canada 2023 was extremely wonderful, and it reminded me of the great Vivekananda’s speech.
Simple, elegant, strong, and moving.
Thank you so much for being a fantastic professional and a wonderful human being. I consider myself fortunate to have a friend and big brother like you by my side.
