Absolutely thrilled to have met Himesh Thakur, a fellow Himachali, during the second round of PSL’s Disputes Dialogue Series, “Contract Killers: The Don’ts of Contracting.” The session delved deep into the complexities of contracts, from drafting fundamentals to dispute avoidance strategies, offering invaluable insights for navigating the lifecycle of a contract.

Himesh, a proud alumnus of St. Edward’s Shimla and Gujarat National Law University, has made significant strides in the legal field since 2016. As a counsel at PSL Advocates & Solicitors, he has contributed to the firm’s exceptional reputation, which was recently recognized as the Dispute Resolution – Arbitration Firm of the Year in the Legal 500 India Awards 2024.
