Meeting my teacher, Prof. Rakesh Mohan Joshi sir during my days at Indian Institute of Foreign Trade , at the All India Management Association (AIMA) Managing India Awards 2023 was a delightful reunion after nearly a decade.

His genuine warmth, appreciation, and kindness filled me with joy. Dr. Joshi graciously took the time to learn about our endeavors at Hyphen SCS SCS and generously extended an invitation for me to share our journey at the Indian Institute of Plantation Management, Bengaluru (IIPMB) campus

Dr. Rakesh Mohan Joshi, currently serving as the Director of the Indian Institute of Plantation Management in Bangalore (IIPMB), has been a professor at IIFT, New Delhi since 2000.

He is widely recognized as a distinguished scholar, acclaimed author, and esteemed expert in management with extensive international experience.

Dr. Joshi’s publications, including acclaimed works from Oxford University Press, and his editorial role in the prestigious quarterly journal of IIFT, the Foreign Trade Review, attest to his scholarly prowess.

His contributions have been honored with international awards from the London Business School, and his case studies have been globally published by the European Case Clearing House (ECCH), a London Business School initiative.
