🌟 Reflecting on an Incredible Learning Journey with Julien Baudry, MBA, ARP, Adm.A 🌟
I had the privilege of crossing paths with Julien Baudry during the CSC2023 – The Duke of Edinburgh’s Commonwealth Study Conference – Canada 2023, where I had the honor of representing India and Hyphen SCS.
Our three weeks together as part of the Yukon Study group were nothing short of transformative.
Julien is a true leader in every sense of the word.
He consistently led from the front, setting an example for all of us, while at the same time, he remained open to hearing and respecting everyone’s viewpoints, even when they differed from his own.
It’s a rare quality to find someone who can strike that perfect balance, and Julien does it effortlessly. His eagerness to contribute to every stage of our journey, be it ideation, planning, or execution, was inspiring.
Julien’s humility, despite playing a pivotal role in our group’s success, was truly remarkable.
He embodies the qualities of a great leader, and I’m grateful to have learned from his leadership style.
Through our multiple interactions, I’ve derived numerous takeaways, both on a personal and professional level.
I can confidently say that Julien has contributed to making me a better leader, and for that, I’m immensely thankful.
Beyond our shared experience, Julien’s professional accomplishments are truly impressive.
With over 20 years of experience in communications and his certification as a public relations professional, he advises and supports decision-makers in strategic planning and the implementation of complex plans.
His deep understanding of organizational dynamics and management experience make him an invaluable asset in any setting, whether local or international.
Currently serving as the Director of Public Affairs for the Montreal Port Authority, Canada’s second-largest port, and as a lecturer at the Université de Montréal, Julien continues to make a significant impact in his field.
His role as a consultant with Canada’s largest public relations firm, working closely with major clients in corporate affairs, speaks to his outstanding contributions.
His involvement in various organizations, such as the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, Public Relations Without Borders, the Canadian Public Relations Society’s Committee of Excellence, and the Société des marchés publics de Montréal, reflects his commitment to making a positive impact in the community.
Julien, your contributions are not only impressive but also inspiring.
