Ramadorai sir’s illustrious career includes being the CEO and MD of Tata Consultancy Services from 1996 to 2009, playing a key role in TCS’s extraordinary growth journey.

Under his leadership, TCS evolved from a $400 million company with 6000 employees to one of the world’s largest software and services companies, boasting over 200,000 employees across 42 countries and revenues exceeding $20 billion. 🚀

As the Adviser to the Prime Minister of India in the National Council on Skill Development, he played a pivotal role in shaping the country’s skilling initiatives.

His leadership as the Chairman of NSDA/NSDC marked a significant milestone in standardizing skilling efforts, ensuring quality benchmarks, fostering collaboration, and aligning outcomes in India, all powered by technology. 🚀

Currently, he chairs the transformative mission ‘Karmayogi Bharat,’ the National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building.

 This initiative aims to revolutionize the Indian bureaucracy, preparing civil servants for the future through comprehensive reforms at individual, institutional, and process levels. 🏛️

Impressed by his commitment to social responsibility, he serves as the Chairperson of the Advisory Board at Tata STRIVE, the Tata Group’s CSR skill development initiative.
