Pleasure Meeting with Sunu Mathew Sir, Founder of LEAP at IWS 2026

Some meetings are not just interactions — they are reminders of what it takes to build with patience, conviction, and courage. It was a privilege to meet Sunu Mathew Sir at India Warehousing Show 2026 — a true SCM industry legend and the Founder and Managing Director of LEAP India Limited.
For many of us working in warehousing and supply chain, Sunu Mathew Sir’s journey has been deeply inspiring.
He has helped bring recognition, dignity, scale, and strategic importance to a sector that has often remained non-glamorous, underappreciated, and undervalued, despite being one of the strongest pillars of India’s economy.
LEAP India’s journey is a powerful example of building brick by brick from our very own Bharat — creating a world-class asset pooling platform that has redefined pallets, containers, material handling, pooling, sustainability, and supply chain efficiency in India.
The milestone of LEAP India acquiring CHEP India’s business was not just a corporate transaction.
It was a proud moment for the Indian supply chain ecosystem — an Indian company acquiring the India business of a global pallet pooling giant and strengthening its position on the global supply chain map.
As LEAP India moves towards its IPO journey, my heartfelt best wishes to Sunu Mathew Sir and the entire LEAP India team ,
May this milestone open a new chapter not only for LEAP India, but also for the larger Indian warehousing, logistics, and supply chain ecosystem.
What made the meeting even more special was Sunu Mathew Sir’s humility and encouragement.
He was kind enough to understand, appreciate, and encourage the warehousing ecosystem, business model, and the industry-first warehousing technology stack that we at Hyphen SCS have built.
We are also grateful to the leadership at LEAP India specially Harish Rane and Rishi bajaj for giving Hyphen SCS the opportunity to partner and play a small part in building the world’s largest asset pooling company — built patiently, proudly, and powerfully from India.
Interactions like these strengthen our belief that warehousing is not just about space, pallets, trucks, and inventory. It is about infrastructure, intelligence, sustainability, resilience, and the future of commerce.
Thank you, Sunu Mathew Sir, for your time, encouragement, and inspiration.
Your journey continues to motivate many of us who are building for this sector with belief, persistence, and purpose.
