At times like these when global supply chains are disrupted , What effective steps and strategies have you applied or adopted to ensure the supply of your customers cargo is not hampered ?

Loadshare Networks as an organization has been more focused and active than ever under the current circumstances. We have reinvented ourselves to become more effective and relevant  in handling the current supply chain bottlenecks by quickly making a pivot to delivering essentials via intra city milk runs model by smaller trucks and intercity full truck loads instead of our forte i.e. Part truck load movements .We have completely shifted focus to food , beverages , Pharma, Medical and groceries .  We have been proactive in getting government permissions at each and every region to operate vehicles to serve essential goods . Many of our clients were finding it difficult to find the right process to get the permissions to operate from a manufacturers point of view . We assisted them to understand the correct process and the right channel to get the permissions . Lot of the distributers and SMEs where struggling to do their secondary movement to retailers  due to lack of vehicles and labors . We helped them deliver material to retailers which in turn deliver it to end customers like you and me , ensuring that there is no panic situation caused due to stockouts  . We have also helped multiple NGOs and Agencies  to deliver food packets to the needy . The in transit cargo is either safely delivered to our nearest warehouse or the cargo is being monitored on a daily basis by GPS tracking of the vehicles and by regularly capturing pictures of the physical stocks for the trucks which are stuck. We have also extended our support to even the 3rd party drivers by getting them the required safety measures like masks , sanitizers , gloves , food and most importantly Covid insurance. Many of our clients have come forward and helped provide our drivers with meals and food packets for their journey  at their loading / unloading points. These steps have helped us build confidence in the drivers and truckers community . They are now helping us play a vital role in maintaining the demand and supply balance of the essentials.  The supply chain army is working round the clock and trying to solve all bottle necks at a war footing
