It was an honor moderating an inspirational talk by Sanjay Agarwal sir, founder, MD, and CEO of AU SMALL FINANCE BANK, Indiaâs largest Small Finance Bank while representing Hyphen SCS at Techfest, IIT Bombay hosted by the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
I was simply impressed by his ability to connect, engage and inspire such a diverse set of audience ranging from a student of 7th Standard to professionals with more than a decade of experience.
His journey is a true story of one of the earliest and very few startups that are built on grit, determination, and strong business fundamentals.
The audience was so engaged and inspired that we overshot the stipulated time and it went on to become an unplanned photo shoot and autograph-giving session in the end.
It was a wonderful experience.
