It was a pleasure interacting with my friend Julia Lerner and learning more about her startup GearEye at MassChallenge Israel.
Gear Eye helps in tracking both cargo and equipment by using low-cost RFID trackers with a very small and convenient form factor of both the receiver and the sender device.
GearEye is a complete equipment management and tracking solution for on-the-go professionals. It prevents loss and misplacement of valuable items using RFID tags, a phone, and a handheld Gear Scanner.
We at Hyphen SCS believe that there are multiple use cases of their solution, especially in the logistics of expensive goods with their in-truck scanner which captures in real time the movement of expensive consignments in and out of the truck and prevents theft and losses.
